- 30 days prior to group arrivals cancellation without charges
- 30% cancellation penalty if cancelled 21 days prior to arrival
- 50% cancellation penalty if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival
- 100% cancellation penalty if cancelled after 14 days prior to arrival and on the day of arrival.
